1. Agreement
By accessing socialplayhub.games (the “Portal”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Portal Rules. If you disagree, do not use the Portal.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law in India. The Portal is offered in English.
3. Nature of the service
Socialplayhub provides online social-style games and related content for entertainment. Virtual credits, points, or cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not represent deposits or balances held by us.
4. No real-money gambling
Nothing on the Portal constitutes real-money gambling, betting, or wagering. You cannot win money or items of real-world value through play. Any resemblance to real-money gaming is thematic only.
5. Accounts
If account features are introduced, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to hack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited, harass other users, transmit malware, or use the Portal for unlawful purposes. See Portal Rules for details.
7. Intellectual property
Branding, design, text, graphics, and software on the Portal are protected. You receive a limited, revocable licence to access the Portal for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
8. Disclaimers
The Portal is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Portal.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socialplayhub and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Portal or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra (subject to change on the live site) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
