1. Purpose
These Portal Rules supplement our Terms of Use. They keep Socialplayhub welcoming, fair, and aligned with social entertainment — not real-money gambling.
2. Respectful conduct
Treat others courteously. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, dox, or share inappropriate content. Hate speech and extremist material are prohibited.
3. Authenticity and fairness
Do not impersonate staff, manipulate leaderboards through technical exploits, use unauthorised automation, or attempt to gain unfair advantages.
4. Commercial activity
Unsolicited advertising, resale of virtual goods outside permitted flows, and pyramid-style schemes are not allowed.
5. Legal compliance
Follow applicable Indian law and any export or sanctions rules relevant to your situation. Illegal activity will be reported where required.
6. Content you upload
If chat or profiles are enabled, you grant us a licence to host what you submit solely to operate the feature. You warrant you have the rights to share that content.
7. Reporting and moderation
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these Rules. Appeals can be directed to the contact channel on the Portal.
8. Updates
We may revise the Portal Rules to reflect new features or risks. Continued use means you accept the current version.
